Ltd Company Advice and Accounts

Background:

I was trading as a sole trader during April 2012 - April 2013.

I set up a Ltd company on 19th November 2012. The advice I need is whether or not I can re-issue my invoices and put the revenue through the business before it's incorporation in November 2012, so I assume from 6th April 2012 - 6th April 2013?

If so and you have knowledge of pre-incorporation/registration revenue and if this is possible, then I require Ltd company accounts completing for the year, you will need to advise on the dates from and to...if some of it has to be sole trader then that's fine, but I need a minimum of 1 year accounts for the Ltd company.

I have spreadsheets containing all earnings, so will be able to send this over upon acceptance of a bid.
