Looking to build simple marketplace

I'm looking to build a simple marketplace, if you have a plugin that works also. Some features should be

seller review
shopping cart in which payments will be paid to us not individual sellers

Kind of like PPH hourlies I want people to see lists of items for sale and they can click on for more details and see seller info as well.

This is a simple marketplace if you have plugin already installed somewhere please send me demo.
