Looking for web designer to fix several Joomla responsive template issues.

General information for the website: Pre-existing template has some issues in respect of responsive design
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I am utilising an existing Joomla template that has been heavily customised. The template is naturally responsive but there are a few issues that don't function correctly when the browser is resized.
Description of requirements/features: The following is a list of things that need fixing:

1) Header bar Logo doesn't scale properly: Menu bar forces logo onto new line and logo doesn't resize at all.

2) A css sprites counter is displayed on the front page, this does not resize with the browser.

3) Module headings do not resize correctly

4) Images used on a module on the front page do not resize at all.

There may be 1 or 2 more resizing issues that but above are the main issues.
