Looking for sales people in exchange for commission

We are a private investigatory and security company who are looing to expand fast. We are looking for sales people, you don't have to be experienced as long you are able to get jobs for us and for this you will make atleast a 10% commission rate (not just for leads but also on-going clients). You will be paid through cheques at your given address after a client has paid us, this can be weekly, forthnightly or monthly, your decision. We are looking for clients in birmingham and surrounding areas (however, adjustable to discretion)
At the moment we have just set up a site (approx 1 month) and a trying to tap into the online market ( www.wix.com/privateuk/privateuk , name will be changed in a month or so to private uk) . Your job would be to sell our services (investigatory - matrimonial , fraud , loss prevention etc security - manned , close body , dog handlers , events etc ) to in the corporate market (eg sites, council, benefit fraud prevention etc) , small businesses (eg clubs, bars, sites etc) and private individuals (eg matrimonials, debt tracing ) more info will be given later about full list. You can use whatever means to find clients and sell to whether through telemarketing, visiting their business, friends/family or social sites .We are looking for many sales people, the more there are the better for us, however we limit this if the response is too high as it will be more competition amongst you.
