Looking for pattern-cutter, seamstress ..

I'm looking for someone HIGHLY skilled in garment production, from simple to extremely detailed garments.
Needs to work close with me on my designs.
Needs to be professional but also friendly and PATIENT!
Needs to be skilled in embroidery and embellishment. Again my designs are sometimes heavily detailed. Think Alexander McQueen , Elie Saab.
Designs will be worn by celebrities in the Middle East first. So if you want to gain exposure by being part of my team, it comes with its benefits!
Need to be ENERGETIC, PROACTIVE, speak ENGLISH.. French also welcomed.

You can be a student or a freelancer.
MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT.
Approx 50 Pret-a-Porter EMSEMBLES to be made for FALL/WINTER 2012 or SPRING SUMMER 2013, depending on deadlines.
