Looking for Joomla Expert

I am currently working on a redevelopment of a project using Joomla! 2.5.9

The current company is getting to 2 months overdue and it feels the project is standing still. Our feedback in functionality, CSS changes or bug is being addressed but very slowiy and we don't seem to get anywhere.

We are looking for a partner which can take our client and complete the project it in a timely manner, as decided by you.
