Looking for an I.T. Service contract

I am a new I.T. Service company looking for a well written service contract. That's not what I want. I am looking for a comprehensive contract that involves many topics such as... Payment agreements including repercussions for those who don't pay, deposit statements, term of contract etc.

I am totally OK if someone has one they drafted up for another client and we can make tweaks from there. This contract should be I.T. specific.

Again, please do not send me a one or two page copy paste job. I am looking for a doc that will hold up in court.

I will only consider those who send me a sample of the contract I would be getting. ie: Page 1 of the 4 page of the contract. This will allow me to determine how comprehensive the contract will so I can make a better decision on who to choose.
