Looking for an experienced freelance web designer

We run a digital development company based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we are looking to build a relatiohship with a Freelance Web Designer to work on our inhouse projects on a regular basis.

The candidate will be expected to participate in some conference calls and liaise with our clients under our company brand so must be able to communicate well verbally and via email.

We are looking to trial the candidate with the look to potentially using the candidate as our in house designer. Ideally we would like a candidate within the Newcastle area but we understand that this may not be possible and invite designers around the country to apply.

We have advertised the post with an up to hourly rate, but we would like designers that use both hourly rate and fixed rate pricing models for design work.

Requirments:

Experience using Photoshop 
Experience using Illustrator
Website Design
Logo / Branding Design
Print Design (but not essential)
