Looking for a Wordpress, JavaScript and PHP EXPERT

The requirement is as follows - - Website focused on presenting articles and news updates for a specific industry. - Content management system provision to review/publish new articles - Ability to aggregate news/articles from other sites (list of sites/urls configurable) and present summary on our homepage, linking to the source site. - Ability to plug-in a tool like Prezi on the site. - Open source tech stack preferred - J2EE or other frameworks - Website is purely for displaying information. UI Functionality for end users is limited to browsing the pages as well as posting queries to us via a "Contact Us" feature. - Key focus is - - Rich UI experience - Ease of use w.r.t configuring links to articles sources. - Ease of use w.r.t to uploading content (like Prezi) and publishing our own articles.
