Looking for a webdesigner to create a joomla module/component

I am looking for someone to build a joomla module/component for my page. I have a website for selling properties and I have bought and installed a joomla theme, I've also installed a joomla module for uploading the properties, however I would need a module that would allow me to upload a separate picture as the main album picture for each uploaded property - as this will have a sketch effect on it. Also, when hover over the album, the picture would go coloured. Please see examples below
