Looking for a Part Time link builder for outreach

I am looking for someone to take care of all my existing outreach for a few of my clients, as it is taking up too much of my time.

By outreach, I mean finding, contacting and negotiating permanent links on authoritative relevant websites. I have a high standard that I will expect you to keep up, I know this takes time, but as long as I see you are working efficiently and effectively then I will be happy.

Happy to set up a buzzstream account to keep track of things, or work with a system you already use.

You will need to be able to go through the whole process, which means having very good English and to be able to write the required article/review depending on what the deal is you have negotiated.

If you don't have a lot of experience in this specific link building area then this isn't a problem, I'm looking for someone who understands the basic principles of this and is willing to spend a few hours training themselves up. We can work together to get the process as efficient as possible.
