Looking for a dev partner to build a location based mobile app

I am looking for a local developer who is able to build a Jquery mobile application. I am looking for somebody quite specific, ideally a developer who is local and who is not looking to build an agency here looking for new clients.

I would love to find somebody close to Old St in London who has a creative flair, if you have experience in iOS and Android that would be great. What I am really looking for is a technical co-founder of sorts.

UI wise we can figure something out. I am looking for somebody who is able to commit 1 month of dedicated effort for an immediate start. I am based in Shoreditch.
