Looking for a designer to format text and images on a website

I am looking for someone to add text and images to a ready joomla website. It is 5-6 pages of ready text and ready images which need to be formatted in a nice attractive way. It is 1-2 days work max.

What is required:
- that you have experience with Joomla or Wordpress - know how to work with WYSIWYG editor
- that you have good aesthetic and some graphic and web design skills
- no coding will be needed but you need to understand CSS. Sometimes text needs to be enclosed in a div box with border or color and all this can be done through the WYSIWYG editor
- know how to format a FAQ page with questions that lead to answers lower on the page. Example:

I have other similar projects and I would like to find a person for long term collaboration.
