Looking for a animator to turn two characters into a short cartoon

We are looking for a highly professional and talented video animator who can work with us on a new project.

We require no more than around 30 seconds worth of animation. Ideally we would like 3-D however we would be prepared to accept 2.5D for budgets sake, but I would like to see an example.

We have two characters that we have designed but would need to be animated. You would also be required to create the background environment, which is likely to be a igloo.

We do not have a huge budget for this, but we will have continued work. We also want some effects added to a video we are creating if this works out well.
