Look at two new websites

I have two websites superfitforall.com which was set up using Elance.My plan was to start off(this is my first internet venture)using Google Adsense for some early revenue,however the web designer infringed Googles terms by clicking on ads to check it was working (thats what he told me)the second site is superfitnessforall.com set up by a relation using i+1 which has not been used or deleloped. I think the first one looks better but I dont know how to change items on it ,whereas the 1+1 is simple.I would like to start developing either one or both sites .My question is how should I progress.Can I find an outsourcer to manege the site/sites.I would understand if you passed this up.Regards David
