Logo redesign and web holding page

I require a logo redesign to reflect the new direction our company has taken.

I'll also need a web holding page to replace our website.

I'll provide you with existing details, however, the new logo should reflect prestige, luxury and quality - as we're a design and build contractor for mid-high end residential property.

Before choosing a bidder I'd like to see some feedback and previous work of a similar nature.
