Logo Re-Design/Update/Refine

I currently have a logo for my company which I have been using for the past two years. However i feel it needs to be tidied up/brought up to date. Additionally I need different versions of it to use on Facebook, Twitter and a website which i intend on being built as I only have one version of my current logo which means it sometimes becomes distored depending on where it is being used. Ideally it would be great to have three or four possible logos to pick from but with one of them based on my current design which i am happy to supply when and where needed. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask and if you have a link to some of your previous work it would be very beneficial.
