Logo for my website

I am looking for someone to create me a logo with a cartoon tv integrated into it like my previous one which you can view on (http://watchtvandmovies.net) but obviously this one will have arms and legs.

The current layout of the current logo is fine, however I would like the text to be (#439DB6) and a little bolder than it currently is and I would like the little TV man to be where the TV is on my current logo.

Ideally the logo will hang over the header slightly if you know what I mean. If the logo is good I do have loads more work, any questions just message me.
