Logo Designing Job

I want to get a logo designed at the earliest. We are an institute providing coaching for the highest competitive exam in India leading to recruitment for the most reputed jobs. Out clients are mature, very well educated and sophisticated natured. Attached here is a logo that I design myself. But do not take it final. I need a novel, creative and appealing logo that can be used for printed stationary, banners, hoardings, sign boards, website etc.
