Logo design (patterns)

I'm wanting a simple, elegant and classical logo design for my small start-up company that sells hand blended teas (mainly herbal). Must be modern but with a classical feel, the company's slogan is 'Modern blends with traditional beginnings'. I don't really want images, the name must speak for itself in a nice font with victorian esq detail around it. This logo will be the header of my website and featured on all labels, stickers and packaging. Colours: black, pastel - possible feminine feel in the detail and masculine edge to the font? Ideally about 4 options would be helpful. The company is called 'The Original Tea Co.' Opportunity for more work should your designs be good.
