Logo design for new web-based company

Ironically, we need a logo producing for a company who will be providing a web-based design service. This new company will supply lots of this kind of work, so we are looking to find someone who a natural designer, preferably with branding experience, who's quick with ideas, can work on fast turn rounds and is reliable.

Above all, they should REALLY want to build a long-term relationship as this is the only kind of people we work with.

There is more to know, but I would like to hear from a few people first, see some previous examples and pick whom we want to work with before the back ground information is given out.
