Logo Design for a Non Profit

We are a non profit geared toward Youth Wellness! We need to redesign our logo to be more in line with who we are. Also we need the logo to "Pop" with color! We are looking for an artist who can make a picture quality logo with a ton of color! We know exactly what the image looks like! Its a white round circle with the inside picture of a sky and grass. Floating is a solid "Play" video symbol made of colorful (realistic looking) balloons/circles. We just need someone to bring it to life! We want someone who has the experience to create an amazing project! We want three options at most and no more than a week.
