Logo design and website header

Im look for someone who can design for me to use on both my website and stationery. Im not quite sure what I would like and would like to see peoples portfolios of previous work with the aim of giving me inspiration for what I want and selecting the person accordingly.
This is my current logo which is nothing like what I am looking for now! designed on my website from when I started by business 2 1/2 yrs ago. Im now looking for something that encapsulates the 'Wow' of my cupcakes the reputation I now have.
