Logo and/or web designer needed

Kind of design: Custom website
Description of every page: I'm looking for an intuitive and creative web professional to design and build me a website for my new business. The site needs to be compatible with desktop, mobile and tablet devices. As standard I also expect an easy to use CMS. Other functionality required would be a newsletter sign up, video embedding, Twitter feed, contact form.

The business field you're creating the site and logo for is self-help/counselling/life coaching/inspiration aimed specifically at mature men. You'll need to come up with all concepts/proofs with minimal initial input from me.

Criteria for applying for project:

- It's essential I see a web and/or logo portfolio.
- No template portfolios.
- You'll need to be patient. (I sign off when I'm happy, not when you're bored).
- Project rates only, no hourlies.
- European and US applicants only.

I really need someone special for this project who can fully understand the requirements and build something original and creative, tailored to both the audience and subject matter.
Ideas for the visual style: Discussion to be had once I've seen portfolios.
Things to avoid: Any form of template!
