Logo and brand guidlines

New start-up business (exclusive women's only gym) looking for fresh logo design and guidelines to help launch business. Looking for some great ideas that jump off the page. Designer should provide mulitple logo concepts, with accompanying execution exaples i.e signage, T-shirts, pens, website etc... Brand guidelines should accompany this so we have clear instructions for how to use the logo. Designer should supply designs in indesign format and PDF.
