Logo Adjustments - black & white manga style

I have an existing logo that needs some updating.
It is in black and white and very simple.
It is a bird but the face needs some work to have:
1) head cocked
2) winking eye
3) beak with a slight hint of a smile
4) manga style like that of no face from spirited away http://www.onlineghibli.com/spirited_away/char.php

For someone that is good at drawing this should only take half an hr or an hr.

Once I have a short list I will send the logo so we can finalise a quote.
