Linux Server Admin for migration projects

I have a VM Server on CentOS with 1and1. I'm moving all the websites and webservices to a dedicated server.

I have also had problems with Virus attacks so your log management and security experience is vital.

The cpanel is Plesk

You will need to sign an NDA.

Please convince me of your experience.... but I am looking to work with someone I can trust over a longterm.

Looking for about 10 hours a month or 2 hours a month.
