Link Slingbox classic with BT Infinity

Hi

I have a long term problem I have not resolved.

I have a slingbox http://support.slingbox.com/go/slingbox-classic and I am having problems connecting it through my ISP, which is BT Infinity option 1.

After abit of research I found the following
