Link Profile Cleansing

I am currently in need of some assistance with establishing contact with a number of websites to request that links from their website to ours are removed. This project will work in two phases as shown below:

1: There are roughly 300 website with contact email addresses found and a template email needs to be sent to them detailing the request for link removals. This is accompanied with a notepad document containing a list of all the links. This will be done from an existing email account for the purpose of monitoring the progress.

2: The remaining websites which are roughly 120 or so have contact forms which another template message will be sent to establish an email address in order to revert back to the actions of phase one.

In addition to the above, many of the websites are in different languages and so there will most likely be the need to use Google Translate to change the email message to the correct language before sending.

All of the information is kept on a spreadsheet which would need to be updated for the purpose of progress monitoring.
