Limit the amount of information pulling-through to Wordpress homepage feed

Hi there..

I'm setting up a Supplier Directory site on Wordpress. http://s461463264.websitehome.co.uk/

- Please see 'recently added listings area' - currently the directorypress system pulls-through 'post-content' on homepage 'recently added listing'..

All I want it to pull-through are the address details for each listing, for example...

Hockwold cum Wilton,
Thetford,
Norfolk
IP26 4JR
Telephone: 0XXXXXXXXX
Email: XXX@XXXXX.co.uk

I need a proficient WP developer who can locate which file is responsible for pulling content through to this area and then
try to truncate it to certain number of characters.

This is all I need - can applicants reply stating that they understand the project and please give a quote. I need quite a quick turnaround on this (tommorow PM) so please bear this in mind.
