Libel cease and desist letter

An ex-freelancer has posted a video on YouTube, within the video itself is our logo which is copyrighted, full legal names of directors and words along the lines of scam, fraud, con artists etc..

The entire show is designed to scare customers away from using our service etc..

I do know that, copyright law has certain inbuilt tolerances for temporary and incidental breaches, as with defamation posted on forums and YouTube, for which you can be liable once you know the target considers it as defamatory and you fail to remove it.

Not sure if the logo part comes under The Digital Millennium Copyright Act 1998 or the UK equivalent?

I need a quick and simple cease and desist letter to clearly state this person should stop publishing content using the [company] name, logo, or likeness or we will actually pursue them.

Anything to stop this douche from doing this again.

I can provide the full name and address of this person.

1st Class Recorded would be preferred.
