Levelling survey with basic measured survey

We have 4 shops with flats above (over) 3 floors, that we need a levelling survey done from an arbitary level. The levels required will be of ground outside rear and front; inside ground, first and roof (if possible). We do not need too many levels just a couple on each floor. We also require a basic measured survey of each of the 4 properties. Picking up doors and windows, stairs and each room, plus floor to ceiling height. We forsee a disto type instrument being used for this enabling sketches to be made for us. Also note on the sketches the entry points of services. We also require photos (1 of each of the rear and front of each property so the CAD drawings can be produced) of the ground to roof. Snapshots will do not professional.
The survey is in South East London and my client holds the purse strings so it's not carte blanche money wise. This should be able to be done in a day. I am disabled and worked in this profession, so know how long these jobs take. My client will arrange access as soon as someone is selected and the survey will be able to be completed a week after selection.
I will be doing the CAD drawings for the project and need clear sketches and the photos so I can compile plans, elevations and two cross sections. The fee is for the survey of the 4 properties and if an assistant is needed, to hold the staff, this is the freelancers responsibilty.
