Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisor's Trainer

One of the UK’s foremost Financial Services Training Providers is urgently looking to recruit a freelance DipFA Trainer for some upcoming engagements.

The ideal candidate will either be an experienced financial sector trainer or an IFA manager involved in the training of Mortgage and Financial Advisers.

REQUIREMENTS

- Full CeFA Qualifications
- Full Diploma (DipFA/DiPFS)
- Relevant training experience training in Financial Services (flexibility on time-
scales)

- At least 3 Years of advisory experience in the Financial Services

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good Team Player and a Good communicator at all levels

- Flexible approach

- Able to demonstrate effective and engaging presentation skills

- Previous financial services training experience


RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivery of training courses at our Centre in North London (ifs DipFA FSRE, AFA 1 & 2) to students as required.

- Preparation, delivery and assessment of training Courses.

- Post course Support.


A knowledge of up to date technology (i.e. Webinars) would be highly advantageous as we continually seek new forms of delivering effective learning and development programmes.
