Level 3 PT instructor needed to fill in details on exercise spreadsheet - updated

Slightly different requirement to the usual PT work which can be done at home and in your own time. I am producing a series of resistance based exercises (150+) designed for people who work in offices. Some of the exercises are for home workers where there is wider scope and some are for those in shared offices where the training needs to be more discreet.

To that end, I have a series of spreadsheets which give the basics for each exercise i.e exercise name, how to do it, muscle groups involved. The work then is a case of filling in the blanks on other columns such as what the exercise is good for, easier and harder variations and any tips for good technique.

Currently there are about 8 spreadsheets representing a different item of equipment, each with around 20-30 exercises. It may be best to do this one spreadsheet at a time. I have attached the first so you can see the style and format and what is left to be done
