Letter print out feature on PHP based site

I have a website with an admin panel. In the admin side of the site there are tables which contain contact details. (Name, Address etc) I require a button that opens a dialog box for printing a letter or sending an email to the contact.

I also need the feature of creating the letter/email templates and editing them, as well as saving.

So when you click the print icon, you are asked which letter you want to use, then it shows the letter with the contact details in.

You can print or email, and if needs be edit any of the text.

If possible, when ever you print or email a contact. This action is recorded and stored within the database.
