Lesson plans typing up in word

We are in the process of putting together some lesson plans for 6 different media subjects for key stage 2. Each media plan will consist of a lesson plan for 6weeks with about an extra 200words at the end for contingency and an A4 table showing a level break down. We would like these typing up and putting in to Word in a similar fashion to our hand written notes (pictures attached).

So you are able to give us a quote for all 6 levels I have tried to attached the hand written sheets for 1 complete level excluding the 200 word contingency - however PPH will only let me attached 3 when I need to attached 4, however the lesson plans are all similar in length. Can you please give us a quote for all 6 levels. We would supply 1 level per day from midday tomorrow and would need them back within 48hours of sending them to you.
