Legal documents and terms for our new website

We have a website that allows advertisers to place adverts for there leisure activities online. They will be paying us a monthly or yearly fee and then this allows them to advertise and take payments from customers directly to there own Paypal accounts.

They will be uploading descriptions and images that we will approve before they go live.

I need like legal terms and agreements drafted to protect us from any issues between the advertiser and the customer so we are not liable for any damages etc and also one that the advertiser should most likely agree to when signing up to join us.

I'm aware of templates available and have them on the site but I am not sure they are sufficient to give the level of protection we need.

We are not going to wash our hands on any issues and would help assist with customers, but we would not like to be liable for any losses from both parties. For example if an advertiser failed to provide the service on offer we would get involved but would not like to be liable in the first instance.
