Hi.
We are looking for ad hoc legal assistance. The role will involve providing advice and/or putting in systems to claim for contracts that have been broken by clients. Claims are relatively small ranging from £2000 - £10000. We need support in the following areas;
- fully understanding the legal process for small claims
- ensuring that water tight contracts, official letters, etc are in place
- advising on the system that we should follow leading up to a small claim
We are looking for someone with experience in small claims field preferably someone who has worked with SEO companies. Start is immediate.
