Need a qualified lawyer to draft a legal agreement protecting our company/brand's IP rights and prevent any potential infringement issues.
Not sure what exactly needs to be done in this sort of document, so if you could get in touch, I can explain further in details.
There are few things I can think of at this stage that needs to address including the following:
- commissioning artwork/graphic design agreement;
- making sure the commissioned works are of original and do not infringe any copy right;
- making sure once the commissioned works are accepted and paid for, we have the sole use of the artworks in merchandise.
I have not idea how much it might cost for such an agreement, reasonable bids are welcome. many thanks.
