Legal Advice regarding Dog Laws

I am wondering if we could have your opinion on our campaign from a legal perspective.

We constantly have people coming through asking about the legal stance on the ribbon and whether they would be admitting liability by putting a ribbon on the lead of the dog. As you may know, the campaign is not about dangerous dogs or those who have shown signs of aggression and we always insist that these type of dogs are muzzled.

We need some information for the website or to answer future queries – just so that when anyone comes through in the future we can direct them to your advice.
