Legal advice on agreement with a client

We are a online development and marketing company based in Australia focused on the short term accommodation sector. A hotel has accepted our proposal however the project has not moved forward due to the client not supply the required content to start. I am worried as the contract has a set term and the expiration is fast approaching.

I would like to find someone with contract experience preferably in the IT sector.

I will supply more information including a copy of the agreement on acceptance of the project.
