I am a director of a limited company whose shares are divided equally between two directors. The other director is in breach of directorial obligations, refused co-operation but has refused to resign. I am the other director. I have submitted a part 8 claim asking for the other director to be disqualified.

I am not sure if I can represent the company in court hearing scheduled for 8th of May.

I am looking for some one to accompany me. So I need a local qualified person on the day for an hour or so. I have done all the preparations and it probably won't be needed but just in case the other party turns up with a solicitor which is extremely unlikely considering his submitted defence.
