Dear Sir/madam
I am looking for a solicitor for a lease assignment with a rent deposit deed. The solicitor must be knowledgeable with English law regarding lease assignment with a rent deposit deed. The lease is in my wife name at the moment and it is still 2.5 years to go. I am assigning it to the new tenant (with landlord consent). The new tenant also has agreed to give me £13500 premium for me to get out of the premises, the solicitor will also have to overlook this transaction safely and efficiently. The job is simple and I am willing to pay maximum £500 (500 GBP) for this job.
