Leaflet production

I am trying to work on a new brochure layout for our properties to incorporate advertising space for preferred supplier details.

I know how I want the layout and l will provide all the wording,photos and maps etc.

The job would entail doing the initial layout on as an A5 4 sided leaflet to a pdf form suitable to show to suppliers and then when I have each advertiser confirmed dropping in the logos on the outer boxes.

I have picture of a Blue Peter type template if this would help quoting.
