Leads generated and mail merge created

I am a free lance book keeper, looking to expand my client data base

Recently I had a freelance sales person doing some telesales, but a lot of my prospective clients own their own business so do not answer the phone much

What I would want done is prospective businesses found based on my spec (small/one person companies in trades such as plumbers, electricians, gardeners, builders etc in my area). Then a vlookup done against out "not interested list" to make sure they are not included

I would need 100 leads in total (after any of the not interesteds were taken out) and for them to be put in a mail merge database for labels

I would then liaise with the winning bidder so they could create me a appealing promotional mailing that I could send out, so a flare for design would be good

Could you advise in your quote how many hours you would expect this to take.
