Lead Generator/Appointment maker

I require a telemarketer to call prospect clients and arrange meetings to discuss our firms range of pension management services.

Winners will be provided with:

1) Database of prospects (business owners/senior managers)
2) Script of main points (we're regulated by the FSA so there are a few bits and bobs that we need to say, but the rest is down to you)
3) Appointment sheets, detailing what information we require about the appointment.

The idea would be that once an appointment has been made, the winner would record the necessary information on the appointment sheet (date, time, pension type, pension size for example) and email this over to me immediately.

I'm pretty flexible on price - fixed / hourly rate. The hourly rate option would naturally include some form of performance clause.
