Lead Generation / Vacancy Leads (Home Based Recruitment)

I am a recruiter who has a growing team of UK-home based recruitment consultants and we all need strong vacancies! I wondered if you could use your expertise to generate leads for us, whereby you earn both on an hourly basis as well as delivery (i.e. % of successful placements based on the vacancies you bring in).

You'll be home based, established in generating / securing credible and viable leads for recruitment consultants / professional services to then build long term relationships with. Your income will be based upon the vacancies you bring in so we'd offer a % of the commission, as well as an immediate payment for hours worked.

Ideally, you'll understand the recruitment process, however we would also be interested if you have worked at senior / director level lead generation whereby you're able to easily engender trust with new clients within our industry, and secure viable vacancies for us to source solid and qualified candidates for them.

We would expect a realistic target of 8-10 vacancies from one day / 8 hour campaign. The initial leads will both come from us as well as corporate websites which we will provide you with so as your time is spent crucially, on the phone, obtaining these vacancies.

Immediate / weekly payment on daily campaigns; to begin with, we'd like one day, every other week as a commitment; however our team is growing and as it does, we will require additional resource so if you enjoy it and feel it's lucrative for you, we'd look to increase days to once per week and so on.
