Lead Generation, Pay Per Lead Only

I am looking for someone who can generate leads for a self employed vacancy in a specific region. This will be on a pay per lead basis only. I would like a trial this with someone on a small scale and if successful I will open it up to my team to also purchase.

My current lead generation company provides leads through banners on websites, if you can do something similar or have another idea please do contact me.
