Lead Generation: calling around 1,300 companies based in Ireland

Hi,

I am inviting you to quote for the following job: phone large companies based in Ireland and inform them of a company outing special offer. Provide us with a list of email addresses so that we can then email the offer from our office. These are not sales calls, these calls are just meant to inform people and provide us with email addresses so that we can forward info.

How it will work:

We would provide you with a database of around 1,300 companies here in Ireland (Excel spreadsheet format), with company names and phone numbers, but no contact names or addresses.

After you have completed 5 hours of phone calls you would send us a spreadsheet with the following information: Company name, contact, contact’s email address and the date you spoke to someone in the company. If at all possible would be looking for direct contact email addresses if at all possible (i.e. not info@dell.com etc., better would be jerry.hill@dell.com).

Milestones in Elance to be set to payment every five hours for 5 hours, but spreading the entire project out over 2-3 weeks from project start date.

Product training via phone call would be provided to you by us prior to you making calls. We also could provide you with a script. However, we would not expect you to go into detailed conversations with potential clients. These calls are not sales calls. If you get asked questions you cannot answer then please get the customer’s details, pass them on to one of our sales people here in the office a.s.a.p. and we call the client back.

Cost of phone calls: please INCLUDE the cost of phone calls into the hourly rate you quote us. We don’t mind if you use a landline or mobile or Skype for these calls. Skype please only if you have a good-quality connection.
