Lead generation (but a nice invitation to a party)

Hi, I'm launching a pop up wine tasting club for people who'd rather drink it and chat to each other than sniff, swirl and spit. It's called We Don't Spit. We are doing an event for a company called HireSpace, who find cool London venues for corporate bookers. I would like to invite people responsible for organising corporate entertainment and/or staff training from a number of top finance and law firms to a wine tasting event. I would love their name, number and email address in order to send them the invitation. I have the list of companies and a proper phone brief with details of the event. Is this something you can do? (It needs to be done with charm and humour!)
